Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cans 16oz white corn

1 cans 16oz french cut green beans

1 cans 16oz tiny peas

1 cup chopped onions

1 large green bell pepper

1 cup celery

Directions

Mix the first five ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Mix vegetables together and marinate at least 24 hours in a glass or ceramic dish.
